No TPTB conspirator would suggest income vs. cost disparity is sustainable. Yes they are pricing many out to buy property to convert ownership to rental, but the disproportion can not keep escalating w/o a rigged crash --> unless they want to convert to a (social) credit-only fiat-valueless system.
